About the role

  • The Crew member will join the Routes and ATC team at our Azulvile headquarters located in Barueri, SP.
  • Perform maintenance and administration of the LIDO system.
  • Define automation rules (AOS) and establish flight optimization criteria.
  • Manage the route database.
  • Maintain and submit RPLs (Repetitive Flight Plans).
  • Serve as the interface with the Lufthansa Systems Helpdesk.
  • Develop projects and ensure that assigned tasks support Azul's operational systems and tools.
  • Analyze reports, correct the system, and document/justify abnormal occurrences through the designated channel.

Requirements

  • Operational Flight Dispatcher (DOV) course — required.
  • Conversational English — required.
  • Knowledge of international regulations (EASA, FAA, ICAO).
  • University degree completed — a plus.
  • Certification in Lido Flight 4D Customer Data Maintenance Training — a plus.
  • Certification in Lido Flight 4D Interactive Flight Planning Training — a plus.
  • Previous experience with operational dispatch routines at an airline — a plus.
  • Analytical skills and knowledge of SQL (or similar) for data analysis — a plus.
