About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support business functions to drive system and process improvements and investigate and resolve issues accurately and promptly
  • Assess Service Requests and seek business approval for requests requiring significant resolution effort
  • Support scoping and requirements gathering for larger system enhancements and projects
  • Triage Service Requests and incidents, assess data or user issues, determine complexity, and allocate or escalate work
  • Coordinate weekly resourcing for BAU, Continuous Improvement Requests, projects, migrations, and onboarding
  • Allocate daily tasks to junior and senior team members to meet service-level agreements and deliverables
  • Ensure system developments, enhancements, and corrections follow documentation, testing, approval, and deployment change processes
  • Review changes for completeness and accuracy before approval submission
  • Track core system developments affecting multiple clients through rollout, regression, and release processes
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and senior staff
  • Identify and organise training and user guidance for CFTs and stakeholders
  • Liaise with third-party vendors and support teams on project initiation, scoping, development, and issue resolution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting the Private Equity suite of eFront products, including FrontInvest (Debt and Consolidation) and Investment Café
  • Experience in a financial services context preferable
  • Knowledge of report-writing tools such as TSQL, SAS, Front Reports, and MS Excel, including macros
  • Experience working in a team and providing training and development to junior team members
  • Accounting experience and/or accounting qualification preferable but not essential
  • Experience within a project management environment, including coordination and planning of actions and resources
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred
  • Certifications in ITIL, data analytics, or automation tools desirable
  • Analytical thinking, excellent attention to detail, and structured problem-solving ability
  • Strong internal and external communication skills and ability to work across functional teams and jurisdictions
  • Adaptable, self-driven, and delivery-focused, with ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Willingness to learn new systems and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Quick to learn new systems and strong interpersonal ability
