• Act as the Scrum Master for one or more agile teams

Scrum Master – Solutions and Automation

Support Engineer

• Act as the primary third‑line support for application‑related incidents across Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and workflow automation solutions
• Provide initial second‑line support for escalations from the Service Desk
• Investigate and diagnose complex or high‑impact issues
• Resolve issues within agreed SLAs
• Contribute to root cause analysis across application logic, data, and automated workflows
• Support releases, deployments, and platform upgrades

Solutions Support Analyst

QA Automation Engineer

• Design and deliver scalable automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Camunda, translating business requirements into robust technical architectures
• Develop high‑quality low‑code and pro‑code solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Dataverse, SharePoint Online solutions
• Build and maintain workflow orchestration and BPMN‑based processes using Camunda, ensuring automations are scalable, maintainable, and observable
• Design and implement integrations between enterprise systems, APIs, and automation platforms, applying modern architectural and engineering practices
• Extend low‑code solutions with traditional development using C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Azure services where required
• Work within Aztec’s governance policies and best practices, including data protection, security, backup, restore, disaster recovery, monitoring, auditing, licensing and capacity planning
• Provide technical leadership, contributing to development standards, reusable frameworks, and mentoring team members across low‑code and pro‑code projects
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and delivery teams to support agile delivery, continuous improvement, and the successful rollout of automation solutions across the organisation

Solution and Automation Developer

Manager

• Play a crucial role in driving successful bid submissions for the organisation
• Collaborate with and manage stakeholders across functions and jurisdictions to craft compelling, winning proposals
• Ensure effective management of the end-to-end bid process
• Run a detailed qualification process for each opportunity
• Undertake thorough relationship mapping exercises for each opportunity, and create action plans to develop the relationships as required
• Establish strong win themes and value proposition and ensure these are woven throughout all content and deliverables
• Coordinate and manage the Aztec response to tender processes; provide project management from opportunity identification through to a win/loss decision
• Develop detailed project plans outlining bid timelines, tasks, and dependencies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, providing clear direction and ensuring timely execution of tasks from opportunity identification stage right through to delivery
• Create tailored material as needed, for each stage of a bidding process including proposals and pitch decks
• Co-ordinate rehearsals, and provide feedback, in preparation for formal presentations
• Identify and assess potential risks associated with bids, and help to develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact

Strategic Bid Manager I

Financial Crime

• Support with the continuing client due diligence (CDD) procedures both pre and post client/investor take-on
• Conduct CDD enquiries and collate documentation in line with Aztec Policy
• Maintain accurate and complete CDD records are maintained to cover new business take-on and trigger events (Promoters, Carry vehicles, General Partners, Management, GP Entities, Investors, POAs & SPVs etc)
• Review and assess CDD files to evaluate the inherent AML risk and where appropriate escalate cases to the relevant jurisdiction’s MLRO/MLCO as required (this includes reviewing and assessing screening matches)
• Provide guidance to Administration teams and key stakeholders to ensure CDD files are prepared accurately, completely and in a timely manner
• Ensure CDD procedures comply with AML laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Prepare AML reports as required for the Fund Boards
• Perform periodic reviews of CDD files
• Remain fully up to date with anti-money laundering legislations and guidance in the relevant jurisdictions with an awareness of developing AML/CFT methodologies and policies where necessary
