About the role
- Act as the local HR point of contact for employees and managers
- Implement Group HR policies, processes, and tools at local level
- Provide local HR expertise and contribute to transversal HR exchanges within the Group
- Support managers on operational HR topics and employee relations
- Lead local recruitment activities in close collaboration with external partners and international HR teams
- Structure onboarding journeys and contribute to talent retention initiatives
- Develop the employer brand and strengthen the entity’s local footprint
- Ensure full compliance of HR practices with Portuguese labor law
Requirements
- Higher education in Human Resources, Labor Law, or equivalent
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner
- Strong expertise in Portuguese labor law
- High level of autonomy and ability to evolve in a build-up and growth context
- Comfortable working in an international and matrix environment
- Fluent English and Portuguese required
- French proficiency is a strong asset
