About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Administration and further development of our Windows and Linux server environments
  • Management of virtualization and storage infrastructure
  • Support for both traditional IT infrastructure and cloud services
  • Installation, configuration and maintenance of servers, clients and applications
  • In-house support for employees with IT questions and technical issues (1st and 2nd level)
  • Participation in IT projects and development of our IT security standards (ISO 27001)
  • Automation of recurring tasks using PowerShell or Bash
  • Administration of network components, firewalls, VPN and Wi‑Fi
  • Management of our Microsoft 365, Azure and Entra ID environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification, or several years of relevant professional experience
  • Good knowledge of Windows Server and Linux (Ubuntu/Debian/RHEL or similar)
  • Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V or Proxmox)
  • Structured and independent working style
  • Team player with a strong service orientation
  • Basic skills in shell scripting (PowerShell or Bash)
  • Good knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP), VPN and firewalls
