About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Administration and further development of our Windows and Linux server environments
Management of virtualization and storage infrastructure
Support for both traditional IT infrastructure and cloud services
Installation, configuration and maintenance of servers, clients and applications
In-house support for employees with IT questions and technical issues (1st and 2nd level)
Participation in IT projects and development of our IT security standards (ISO 27001)
Automation of recurring tasks using PowerShell or Bash
Administration of network components, firewalls, VPN and Wi‑Fi
Management of our Microsoft 365, Azure and Entra ID environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification, or several years of relevant professional experience
Good knowledge of Windows Server and Linux (Ubuntu/Debian/RHEL or similar)
Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V or Proxmox)
Structured and independent working style
Team player with a strong service orientation
Basic skills in shell scripting (PowerShell or Bash)
Good knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP), VPN and firewalls
