Business Development Representative
AzolverBusiness Development Representative qualifying and prioritizing leads while building a solid sales pipeline. Engaging with potential customers in a hybrid work environment based in Berlin, Germany.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You qualify and prioritize incoming leads and proactively identify new potential customers (outbound & inbound)
- You are the first touchpoint for potential customers, conducting initial conversations with decision-makers to understand their needs and generate interest in our solutions
- You build a strong sales pipeline and work closely with key account managers
- You enjoy designing tailored outreach sequences (email, phone, social selling)
- You use modern tools (e.g., CRM, sales engagement tools, research platforms) to make your activities efficient
- You hand off qualified opportunities to the sales team and regularly align with sales to optimize lead quality
- You close simple deals with small project scopes independently and/or guide prospects to our self-onboarding forms
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ideally, you have some experience in sales, customer success, or business development (SaaS/software/SME environment)
- You have strong communication skills, work proactively, and enjoy engaging with people
- You have a strong motivation to develop your career in sales; a growth mindset is welcome
- You are characterized by a structured, analytical, and self-directed working style
- Ideally, you have experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
- You can quickly understand complex issues and communicate them clearly
- You speak fluent German; very good English skills are an advantage.
