About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identification, acquisition and development of strategically relevant partners and resellers for the distribution of our SaaS solutions
- Holistic management and strategic development of sales partners
- Close collaboration with the Sales Director to shape a targeted partner and sales strategy
- Monitoring market, customer and competitor developments to derive valuable insights for our positioning
- Representing the company at trade shows and industry events
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in partner sales, business development or selling complex/consultative software or SaaS solutions
- Comfortable navigating complex sales processes and ideally familiar with the requirements of enterprise or public-sector environments
- Good understanding of digital business models and ideally experience contributing to go-to-market or partner strategies
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally as a reliable sparring partner for sales, management and partners
- Excellent German skills and preferably strong business-level English
