Key responsibilities & impact

Create and enhance reports, dashboards, and data models in Power BI
Build and improve automated processes using platforms such as Power Automate, n8n, or comparable workflow tools
Design and implement solutions leveraging Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, or similar technologies
Assess use cases for feasibility, benefits, risks, governance, and scalability
Perform ad-hoc analyses and derive actionable recommendations
Connect systems via APIs and workflow tools and integrate ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems
Build robust, maintainable workflows
Design and optimize data flows
Ensure data quality, consistency, and traceability
Work closely with business units, IT, data/BI functions, and other stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting
Hands-on experience with Power BI in production enterprise environments
Experience collaborating with business units and in requirements management
Structured and solution-oriented working style
Team player
Good written and spoken German and English
