About the role
- First point of contact and public face of the company on-site for customers regarding technical requirements
- Timely execution of repair and maintenance orders, including commissioning and user instruction
- Timely escalation of technical challenges to central second-level support
- Completion of service orders and documentation of all service activities in IT systems
- Liaison and driving force between customers, internal service and product departments, and sales
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training or otherwise acquired technical knowledge
- Enjoys direct customer contact
- Solid knowledge of IT systems and network technology
- Several years of professional experience
- High technical aptitude and creativity
- Business-fluent German
