About the role

  • First point of contact and public face of the company on-site for customers regarding technical requirements
  • Timely execution of repair and maintenance orders, including commissioning and user instruction
  • Timely escalation of technical challenges to central second-level support
  • Completion of service orders and documentation of all service activities in IT systems

Requirements

  • Completed technical vocational training or otherwise acquired technical knowledge
  • Enjoys direct customer contact
  • Solid knowledge of IT systems and network technology
  • Several years of professional experience
  • High technical aptitude and creativity
  • Business-fluent German
