About the role

  • Support event planning: Assist product marketing managers in coordinating large regional conferences, including logistics, timelines, and on-site execution.
  • Help gather feedback and contribute to post-event reporting.
  • Own smaller events: Take responsibility for coordinating regional events with the sales team, managing logistics and ensuring event essentials - such as banners, printed collateral, branded giveaways - are prepared and brand-aligned.
  • Help with promotions: Contribute to quarterly promotions by updating landing pages, preparing draft messaging, and working with the design team on promotional assets.
  • Newsletter coordination: Coordinate the monthly Europe-wide external newsletter by collecting input, managing review cycles, and supporting timely distribution.
  • Maintain marketing materials: Support the upkeep of marketing collateral, ensuring documents remain accurate, brand-aligned, and current. Coordinate printing and distribution when needed.
  • Campaign support: Assist with ad hoc campaigns for key business lines, helping with landing pages, messaging, and promotional assets to maximize engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in biology, business, marketing, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
  • Strong writing and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Interest in learning marketing tools and approaches, with an experimental mindset (test, learn, improve).
  • Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is a plus.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong collaboration skills and willingness to work closely with different teams and external partners.
  • Experience working with Field Sales teams is an advantage but not required.
  • English language skills are essential; additional European languages such as French, German, or Spanish are a bonus.
