About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Install, modify, repair, conduct preventive diagnosis, and perform maintenance on the software and hardware of the equipment and systems
  • Interface with customers to ensure contract SLA & customer satisfaction levels are maintained
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment adhering to Azenta's and customer’s work protocols
  • Submit reports on all support activities as defined and required
  • Provide weekly system performance summaries including issue pareto analysis and root cause / corrective actions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate of Science (AS) degree, technical certificate, or equivalent hands-on technical training
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant technical experience, or equivalent military technical training
  • Strong electrical and mechanical fundamentals
  • Valid driver’s license, good driving record, reliable transportation, and ability to obtain a valid passport during employment
  • Ability to successfully pass background screening requirements
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
