About the role
- Support the Azelis Care organization in strengthening our position within the personal care industry
- Enhance supplier relationships and optimize the ingredient portfolio
- Deliver strategic market insights that fuel the success of our sales organization
- Manage the portfolio of product lines by building internal and external relationships
- Work with Sales Leaders and Principal Development Managers to support new business development and advance customer projects
- Gather and organize market intelligence, competitor insights, and sales updates
- Collaborate with the Demand Planning Lead to support supplier forecasting & inventory levels
- Communicate proactively with cross-functional teams and identify improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
- Experience within the personal care & cosmetics industry preferred
- Prior experience in sales, commercial, or customer-facing roles
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid negotiation capabilities
- Strong presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and details simultaneously
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems and ERP platforms (Salesforce & Microsoft Dynamics D365)
