About the role

  • On-site client visits
  • Ongoing client contact (support, alignments, validations, surveys, and relationship building)
  • Scheduling and leading meetings, visits, and training sessions
  • Monitoring client operations
  • Participation in internal team rituals (regular meetings)
  • Leading implementations (new clients, modules, or services)
  • Conducting client training
