About the role

  • Identify and contact potential customers daily
  • Schedule presentations for the salesperson through daily contact with leads
  • Maintain proactive contact with customers when necessary, answering questions about the platform and partnership model
  • Keep the CRM updated daily with relevant information about contacted customers
  • Monitor key sales metrics daily via the CRM and management dashboards
  • Collaborate with the SDR team and other departments, sharing feedback on leads and market insights
  • Support the Sales Coordinator in the continuous improvement of outreach scripts and customer engagement approaches
