About the role
- Identify and contact potential customers daily
- Schedule presentations for the salesperson through daily contact with leads
- Maintain proactive contact with customers when necessary, answering questions about the platform and partnership model
- Keep the CRM updated daily with relevant information about contacted customers
- Monitor key sales metrics daily via the CRM and management dashboards
- Collaborate with the SDR team and other departments, sharing feedback on leads and market insights
- Support the Sales Coordinator in the continuous improvement of outreach scripts and customer engagement approaches
