About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Local administration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud in close collaboration with the global Digital team
  • Independently design and implement automated flows, e.g., retention flows
  • Create and send external communications via Marketing Cloud, e.g., customer updates, newsletters
  • Automate Marketing Cloud forms
  • Develop and expand lead campaign and lead nurture flows, including progressive profiling for Content Hub subscribers
  • Responsible for consent and preference management in Salesforce
  • Create and maintain email templates in Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud
  • Design and execute KPI reporting
  • Independently develop and implement optimization measures to achieve targets

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience building and scaling automations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Ideally experience with Content Hubs and staged/progressive profiling of subscribers
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C contexts
  • In-depth knowledge of data protection for online communications
  • Ability to work independently
  • Fluent in English
