About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the product vision, strategy, definition and value creation of your product(s)
- Collaborate with your (business) stakeholders, Product director / head during visioning, concept development of a product, and compilation of the product strategy
- Work with business analyst on maximizing the value created by the product you manage
- Own the product roadmap and ensure it aligns with business goals
- Track the success of functional initiatives and develop new methods to improve efficiency
- Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 years of successful business leadership experience in a similar digital product management or product strategy role
- Proven track record of successful product roadmap delivery
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment while also being able to manage multiple projects independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent analytical skills, including financial and market analysis skills and experience
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver on objectives and produce results
- Intercultural competence and experience of working in more than one country and/or multi-cultural teams
