About the role
- play a pivotal role in bridging the Product Management team and the Salesforce Delivery team
- ensure Salesforce solutions effectively support business goals
- challenge requirements and validate solution designs
- secure application consistency
- guide countries toward optimal CRM usage
- support Product teams in requirements collection
- ensure smooth handover of requests from Product to Engineering
- transfer business requirements to CRM designers
- manage backlog for maintenance sprint releases
- validate development quality in test environments
- assist with demos and defect qualification during UAT
- participate in functional reviews and define migration scenarios
Requirements
- strong CRM expertise
- deep understanding of Salesforce
- excellent collaboration skills across departments
- relevant experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
- expertise in Salesforce CRM (Classic + Lightning)
- knowledge of CRM and DevOps applications
- ability to write, challenge, and understand Salesforce specifications
- experience working in an international environment
- strong problem-solving skills
- ability to organize and run effective cross-team meetings
- familiarity with Agile methods
- fluent in English
- availability for international travel
