Full Sales Cycle Management: Lead the sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals, ensuring a thorough understanding of client needs and delivering tailored solutions. This includes: qualification using a MEDDPICC framework to conduct world-class discovery from research prior to first contract through to contract signature
Solution Demonstration: Effectively demo our insights platform using information collected during discovery to tailor the demo solution for each prospect and persona, and effectively articulate its value proposition to prospective clients.
Commercial Negotiation : prepare compelling proposals that address the decision criteria of your stakeholders, negotiate contracts, overcome obstacles and drive deals through the sales cycle.
CRM Management: You use your Salesforce CRM as a sales asset, ensuring are tracked every opportunity across the entire cycle. All deal data in the Salesforce is updated at all times with clear history and next steps. You are particularly focused on setting realistic close dates, deal stage, amounts and likelihood to win. You are expert at providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, tracking progress against goals and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in enterprise Market Research sales, with a proven track record of hunting new business and exceeding sales targets.
You understand the buying dynamics of consumer insights organizations, know how to engage all roles including end user researchers, budget owners, Centers of Excellence and non-insights stakeholders in procurement, finance and directly in brand marketing.
Track record of consistently achieving a $1mm+ quota in Market Research new business sales.
Proven success conducting effective discovery by leveraging the MEDDPICC sales qualification methodology.
Market Research platform sales background, with hybrid usage-based SaaS model preferred
Advanced user of modern tech sales stack including salesforce CRM, gong deal analytics and forecasting, outbound sequence software, LinkedIn Navigator and other tools.
Ability to travel regularly for work including actively representing aytm at conferences and trade shows, meeting prospects and customers face to face for sales meetings and relationship building, and occasionally internal meet ups.
