About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the administration and ongoing improvement of our Customer Success and Revenue Operations tools, including Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong, and related systems
- Serve as a go‑to partner for Customer Success, New Business, and RevOps teams by translating process needs into system updates and enhancements
- Assist with tool configuration, testing, deployment, and QA for new features, workflows, and process changes
- Identify inefficiencies or friction in tools and workflows, and recommend practical improvements that enhance productivity and data quality
- Support Salesforce administration tasks, including: Page layouts, fields, record types, and validation rules, Basic flows and automation (with guidance from senior stakeholders as needed), Data imports, updates, and cleanup (Data Loader, Import Wizard)
- Partner with RevOps to help maintain CRM hygiene, data accuracy, and reporting consistency
- Assist with documenting Salesforce processes and changes to ensure clarity and repeatability
- Support configuration and maintenance of Customer Success tools, including Gainsight, without sole ownership of platform strategy
- Partner with Customer Success leadership to ensure tools align with how teams actually work
- Build and maintain dashboards and operational reporting that support: Pipeline and activity visibility, Customer engagement and lifecycle insights, Team productivity and adoption metrics
- Create and maintain documentation for tools, workflows, and governance best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of experience in a systems, operations, or admin‑adjacent role (RevOps, CS Ops, Sales Ops, or similar)
- Foundational experience with Salesforce administration (6+ months hands‑on)
- Exposure to Customer Success or Revenue tools (Gainsight, Gong, or similar platforms)
- Understanding of SaaS customer lifecycles and revenue motions
- Comfort working with data, reports, and system workflows
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred / Nice to Have Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM‑201) or in progress
- Experience supporting Gong, Gainsight, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with basic Salesforce Flows
- Experience with data tools (Excel/Sheets, data loaders, basic SQL concepts)
- Remote work experience in a cross‑functional environment
