About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead model-based coordination and digital delivery across complex AEC projects while supporting client relationships, strategic pursuits, and firm growth
Align BIM/VDC scope, schedule, budget, and staffing with overall project goals
Serve as primary BIM/VDC point of contact for owners, design teams, contractors, trade partners, and internal staff
Establish QA/QC protocols for models, documentation, and coordination milestones; identify risks early and recommend mitigation strategies
Support and guide Project Leads in running multidisciplinary coordination meetings
Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, design partners, and industry stakeholders
Develop and maintain BIM/VDC standards, templates, workflows, and best practices across projects and offices
Supervise, mentor, and develop BIM/VDC coordinators, specialists, and modelers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; equivalent experience considered
8+ years in BIM, VDC, construction technology, or digital project delivery; 3+ years leading BIM/VDC on complex AEC projects
Demonstrated experience supporting client relationships, pursuits, proposals, or presentations
Advanced proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Forma, and similar platforms
Experience developing BIM Execution Plans, clash detection workflows, and model standards
Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
