About the role
- Produce accurate architectural drawings and models using Revit
- Execute scan-to-BIM workflows by converting point cloud data into usable design models
- Collect field data for existing conditions documentation using terrestrial laser scanners, including systems such as the VLX and RTC360
- Assist with on-site reality capture efforts, including scanner setup, field notes, photo documentation, and verification of scan completeness
- Organize and handle field data, point clouds, and related documentation for use in modeling and coordination workflows
- Assist in the preparation of design and construction documentation sets
- Coordinate architectural components with structural, MEP, and survey teams
- Collaborate across multiple project phases, from schematic design to construction documents
- Support communication between field capture activities and the remote production team to help ensure accurate and timely deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
- Minimum 2 years of experience using Autodesk Revit in a professional setting
- Strong understanding of building systems, construction detailing, and documentation standards
- Knowledge of IBC and relevant building codes
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Ability to perform field documentation work and travel locally to project sites as needed
