MSS Analyst – Managed Security Services
Ayko TechnologyMSS Analyst responsible for monitoring IT systems, supporting vulnerabilities management, and enhancing IT standards in a hybrid work environment at Ayko.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in the continuous monitoring of IT systems, including servers, networks and applications;
- Analyze system alerts and respond to incidents;
- Perform system performance assessments and tests to identify potential improvements;
- Draft and maintain IT policies and procedures;
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure implementation of best practices in daily operations;
- Contribute to the preparation of performance reports and present recommendations for improvement;
- Stay up to date with IT trends and new technologies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in MSS, support or related areas;
- Higher education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields is preferred;
- Knowledge of WAF solutions;
- Knowledge of EDR/XDR solutions;
- Knowledge of backup services;
- Knowledge of vulnerability management.
