Key responsibilities & impact

Identify and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for short-term assignments
Proactively contact and recruit prospective candidates to establish relationships, understand their needs and qualify them for job opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree strong preferred; equivalent experience in sales or staffing will also be considered
Minimum of 1+ year success in a sales, staffing agency and/or metrics-driven role
