About the role
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot ServiceNow and other enterprise platforms to ensure performance, availability, and security.
- Build and update workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations across supported applications.
- Partner with the Information Security team to maintain governance, compliance, and accurate change documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into technical solutions, and align platform capabilities with business processes.
- Identify opportunities for workflow automation, process improvement, and adoption of new features.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and KPIs to track usage, adoption, and performance.
- Lead the onboarding of new departments into enterprise platforms, tailoring configurations and workflows to fit business requirements.
- Provide training sessions, user documentation, and ongoing support to ensure adoption and positive user experience.
- Plan and deliver small-to-medium system enhancement projects, module deployments, or integrations on time and within scope.
- Partner with IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to coordinate delivery of solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting and/or analyzing enterprise applications.
- Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, workflows, reporting, and integrations.
- Proven ability to gather requirements, map processes, and support adoption initiatives.
- Familiarity with SaaS administration, provisioning, and data analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable in balancing technical and business needs.
