Business Development Rep

• Lead the strategic development and expansion of a client pipeline within the festival and fair categories
• Develop and implement growth strategies for the music vertical through lead generation and relationship-building initiatives, aligned with broader business goals
• Work with Business Development leadership to help manage financial deal models, proposals, and lead contract negotiations for new partnerships and renewals, ensuring terms that support long-term objectives
• Contribute to achieving and surpassing revenue targets by identifying key opportunities within assigned verticals
• Regularly update opportunities and pipeline to ensure data integrity and process optimization
• Represent AXS at select industry events and tradeshows. Facilitate strategic meetings and events with external partners and prospects
• Assist the Business Development leadership team with strategic tasks and ad-hoc initiatives that drive growth
• Cultivate relationships with potential partners and lead efforts to secure and coordinate meetings that drive business opportunities
