About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and organize the unit, including staff development
Ensure compliance with occupational safety policies and quality standards
Responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing projects in control systems and OT security
Support the preparation and evaluation of proposals as well as supplier management
Promote innovation and the continuous development of standards in the field
Take on project leadership as well as budget and cost control

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in energy infrastructure, automation and networks
Additional qualifications in OT security and vendor certifications for control system platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office tools (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
Language skills: German (native), English (advanced)
Ability to work independently, reliably and collaboratively
