About the role
- Who we are: Urbasolar is a key French photovoltaic player integrated to the AXPO Group, operating development, investment, construction and operation of photovoltaic plants in Europe. Role: Development Project Manager responsible for obtaining project authorizations, managing projects, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to advance solar energy projects in Italy. Key responsibilities: Obtain project authorizations and manage stakeholders; manage project timelines, budgets, risk, advisors, authorization and grid connection process; lead multidisciplinary teams and improve methods and organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration). Proven experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector. Strong knowledge of the Italian regulatory framework regarding authorization procedures, grid connection and compliance requirements for MT/AT photovoltaic and agrivoltaic projects. Knowledge of tools for analyzing land use constraints Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Effective leadership and team management abilities. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
