About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, coach, and develop a team of six Financial Consultants across the country
- Design and execute national distribution strategies to grow AUM and revenue
- Deliver training and development programs focused on investment products and sales effectiveness
- Collaborate closely with the CIO to align distribution efforts with the firm’s investment philosophy
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, and implement KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Ensure compliance with FINRA, SEC, and internal policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in asset or wealth management distribution
- Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio construction, and financial planning principles
- Proven ability to coach and develop financial advisors in both technical and sales competencies
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) required; Series 24 preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or professional designations (e.g., CFA, CFP®) a plus
