About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, coach, and develop a team of six Financial Consultants across the country
Design and execute national distribution strategies to grow AUM and revenue
Deliver training and development programs focused on investment products and sales effectiveness
Collaborate closely with the CIO to align distribution efforts with the firm’s investment philosophy
Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, and implement KPIs and reporting frameworks
Ensure compliance with FINRA, SEC, and internal policies

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in asset or wealth management distribution
Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio construction, and financial planning principles
Proven ability to coach and develop financial advisors in both technical and sales competencies
FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) required; Series 24 preferred
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or professional designations (e.g., CFA, CFP®) a plus
