About the role
- Support the design, development and delivery of onboarding, refresher and upskilling training curriculum.
- Leverage AI insights to identify knowledge, training, or process gaps and prioritize workstreams.
- Support to enhance the onboarding experience for all Consumer Banking support members.
- Facilitate onboarding, refresher, and upskilling trainings.
- Analyze results from training programs to improve retention, proficiency and confidence of new hires.
- Drive content development activities to enhance and maintain internal knowledge base, optimize procedures and improve customer experience.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a training development role.
- Experience developing training materials (In-person & Remote training, Policy & Procedure, Quick Reference Guides, Systems Documents, and Internal knowledge base).
- Proficient Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Experience with Learning Management System.
- High School Diploma required.
- Bachelor's Degree a plus.
