About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the design, development and delivery of onboarding, refresher and upskilling training curriculum.
Leverage AI insights to identify knowledge, training, or process gaps and prioritize workstreams.
Support to enhance the onboarding experience for all Consumer Banking support members.
Facilitate onboarding, refresher, and upskilling trainings.
Analyze results from training programs to improve retention, proficiency and confidence of new hires.
Drive content development activities to enhance and maintain internal knowledge base, optimize procedures and improve customer experience.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 2 years of experience in a training development role.
Experience developing training materials (In-person & Remote training, Policy & Procedure, Quick Reference Guides, Systems Documents, and Internal knowledge base).
Proficient Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Experience with Learning Management System.
High School Diploma required.
Bachelor's Degree a plus.
