About the role
- Execute technical deployments and custom platform configurations to align the Axonius platform with specific client business requirements.
- Triage escalated technical support tickets and coordinate with the product team to resolve feature requests and system issues.
- Design and document platform best practices to standardize deployment, engagement, and adoption workflows across the customer base.
- Conduct technical training sessions and educational workshops to facilitate customer proficiency in platform features and data utilization.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in a customer-facing software or technology role, with at least 3 years specifically focused on software implementation.
- Intermediate proficiency in writing and troubleshooting code using Python, Bash, Batch, or PowerShell.
- Experience programmatically interfacing with and troubleshooting APIs to facilitate data integration.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time for on-site customer engagements and screenings.
