About the role
- Develop and implement a comprehensive, data-driven regional marketing plan specifically for the North-Central to meet defined sales pipeline and revenue targets.
- Execute four core demand generation program types: digital campaigns, regional events (conferences/roadshows), webinars, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
- Track and measure the effectiveness (ROI) of all regional campaigns using marketing automation (Marketo/HubSpot) and CRM (Salesforce) data, providing regular KPI reports to leadership.
- Align and enable the regional sales team by creating localized collateral, presentations, and outreach templates, and co-marketing with channel partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on regional or field marketing.
- Proven experience developing and executing market-specific strategies in the North-Central region.
- Proficiency in utilizing both a major Marketing Automation Platform (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and a CRM tool (e.g., Salesforce).
