About the role
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate interest in our solutions.
- Identify and qualify potential customers based on defined criteria, ensuring they are a good fit for our product.
- Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives to help move prospects further down the sales funnel.
- Accurately log and track all activities, conversations, and opportunities in Hubspot (or other CRM tools).
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging, develop campaigns, and optimize lead conversion.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and best sales practices to improve outreach effectiveness.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and engaging approach.
- Ability to handle objections and rejection and to continuously improve through feedback.
- Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), sales automation tools, and sales engagement tools.
- Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for sales, lead generation, and relationship-building.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A results-driven approach with a passion for exceeding goals.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
