About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Defining sales at Axle, as we establish our go-to-market approach.
- Owning new customer acquisition end-to-end, from first conversation through to commercial close.
- Driving go-to-market execution with partners, including value propositions, customer segmentation, and launch strategies.
- Acting as a commercial bridge between partners and internal teams, translating market and customer insights.
- Building and refining scalable sales processes that support repeatable growth.
- Tracking performance, pipeline, and outcomes using data to continuously improve.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong commercial instincts
- Sharp GTM mindset
- Ability to operate comfortably in technical conversations
- Experience in winning new business
- Experience in developing and managing a sales pipeline
- Experience in go-to-market strategy and execution
- Experience in client onboarding and ongoing commercial relationship management
- Ability to drive go-to-market execution with partners
