• Owning end-to-end hiring across multiple roles, both technical and commercial, from sourcing and screening through to offer and close.

• Supporting the broader employee lifecycle, including engagement, performance, and retention initiatives.

Account Manager

• Owning client relationships from onboarding to account expansion, ensuring partners unlock full value from our products by aligning our tech with their evolving needs
• Providing go-to-market insights on user propositions, communication strategies, and market positioning
• Managing post-implementation relationships with clients after go-live, drive continuous improvement and opportunity to deepen engagement or grow the account
• Acting as a conduit between partners and engineering teams creating fast, structured feedback loops that help translate field insights into meaningful product enhancements
• Creating scalable processes (and design scalable products) across diverse customer segments

• Defining sales at Axle, as we establish our go-to-market approach.
• Owning new customer acquisition end-to-end, from first conversation through to commercial close.
• Driving go-to-market execution with partners, including value propositions, customer segmentation, and launch strategies.
• Acting as a commercial bridge between partners and internal teams, translating market and customer insights.
• Building and refining scalable sales processes that support repeatable growth.
• Tracking performance, pipeline, and outcomes using data to continuously improve.

• Building, optimising, and deploying models that operate reliably at scale
• Developing a deep understanding of energy markets, grid dynamics, and trading strategies
• Taking ownership of the full lifecycle of your work, from research and prototyping through to production
• Writing clean, production-quality code and contributing to robust, scalable systems
