About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Owning client relationships from onboarding to account expansion, ensuring partners unlock full value from our products by aligning our tech with their evolving needs
- Providing go-to-market insights on user propositions, communication strategies, and market positioning
- Managing post-implementation relationships with clients after go-live, drive continuous improvement and opportunity to deepen engagement or grow the account
- Acting as a conduit between partners and engineering teams creating fast, structured feedback loops that help translate field insights into meaningful product enhancements
- Creating scalable processes (and design scalable products) across diverse customer segments
- Making data-driven decisions & improvements, internally and externally
