About the role
- Owning end-to-end hiring across multiple roles, both technical and commercial, from sourcing and screening through to offer and close.
- Delivering a high-quality candidate experience while building efficient, scalable hiring processes.
- Managing onboarding and set new hires up for success from day one.
- Supporting the broader employee lifecycle, including engagement, performance, and retention initiatives.

- Strong operational and strategic instincts.
- Ability to balance execution with building scalable processes and driving consistently high hiring outcomes.
- End-to-end hiring across multiple roles, both technical and commercial.
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand needs, shape roles, and improve hiring outcomes.
