About the role

  • Manage payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculation of labor-related charges (INSS, FGTS and IRRF);
  • Handle onboarding, terminations, vacations, benefits and severance procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation;
  • Submit and monitor statutory filings and legal obligations (eSocial, DCTFWeb and EFD-Reinf);
  • Organize and maintain up-to-date labor documentation, supporting audits when required;
  • Monitor changes in labor and social security legislation, proposing process improvements.
  • Post fiscal entries, reconcile invoices and calculate taxes (ISS, ICMS, PIS and COFINS);
  • Perform tax bookkeeping and submit ancillary obligations, such as EFD-Contribuições and EFD-ICMS/IPI;
  • Analyze withholding at source (INSS, IRRF, PIS, COFINS and CSLL);
  • Prepare spreadsheets and tax reports to support departmental analyses;
  • Contribute to correct tax classification and compliance with current legislation.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or related fields.
  • Experience with Personnel/Payroll routines (payroll, onboarding, vacations and terminations).
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and ancillary obligations (e.g., eSocial, DCTFWeb).
  • Experience with payroll systems, preferably Senior ERP.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Advantage: Experience with tax routines and tax calculation.
