Use data and analytics to support reserving decisions
Help the Reserving team turn complex data into clear, trusted insight
Improve access to consistent and well-defined data
Bring important trends to the surface for analysis
Reduce manual effort in reserving analysis production and sharing
Shape how reserving analytics evolves at AXIS with insightful capabilities
Work closely with teams across Reserving, Finance, Actuarial, Claims, Underwriting, and Data & Analytics
Build dashboards, datasets, and self-service tools for better decision-making
Partner with technical teams to ensure data quality and trustworthiness
Collaborate with various teams for comprehensive data insights

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in data, analytics, actuarial, finance, or a related insurance or reinsurance role.
Experience helping to design, improve, or deliver data and analytics solutions for business users.
A deep understanding of insurance or reinsurance data, including how claims, policy, exposure, premium, underwriting, finance, and actuarial information can be used to support analysis.
The ability to lead through influence, work with technical teams, and bring people together around a shared outcome.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to make complex data and analysis clear, practical, and actionable.
Experience creating dashboards, datasets, visualizations, or self-service tools that help business users understand performance, trends, and drivers.
Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, and an interest in applying them to real business problems in a practical and responsible way.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, or similar platforms.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
