About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and communicate a product vision and roadmap aligned with AXIS strategy
Lead operational readiness for product launches
Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for agile delivery teams
Manage and prioritize the Operations product backlog
Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
Track and report Agile delivery metrics
Champion Agile principles and coach team members
Ensure user feedback is continuously gathered and integrated

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5+ years of experience in (Re)Insurance
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment
Background in Operations transformation and insurance systems integration
Knowledge of P&C Commercial and Specialty lines
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification (preferred)
