About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Cultivate and manage business relationships with the A&E program members
Build relationships with new consultants within this business area
Support consultants by advising on specifications around Axis network products
Support and develop our identified focus accounts within the A&E program
Proactively educate the consultant community on the key challenges of the industry
Educate specifiers on the smart use of Axis design tools
Define strategy and actions in line with the EMEA Head region
Align the A&E program with the activities of our sales teams
Work collaboratively in a virtual team with peers from Axis sales regions worldwide

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
Articulate and possess engaging presentation skills
Experience developing and executing business plans that exceed your objectives
A self-driven and motivated person
Creative in your thinking and keep a can-do, positive attitude
An active spokesperson in industry forums and associations
Familiar with systems such as CRM and Salesforce
Fluent in English, written and spoken
