About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Qualify inbound leads and execute outbound sales campaigns to drive new business.
  • Maintain Salesforce data integrity, ensuring all account and contact data is validated.
  • Activate dormant partner accounts and verify newly registered partners in the leads portal.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and generate high-quality leads for Account Executives.
  • Drive Learning Management System (LMS) activities and represent Axis at B2B marketing events and AEC visits.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • at least 3 years in Sales Development, Inside Sales, or Business Development roles.
  • Currently based in Australia (Melbourne or Sydney) with a strong track record in the local market.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.io.
  • Proven success in prospecting, booking high-volume meetings, and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong English communication skills to engage with leads and collaborate with the rest of the team, and a solid grasp of sales methodologies.
