Key Account Manager – End Customers

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive sales for selected end customers and continuously find new business opportunities.
- Work together with all Axis departments to manage a 360º customer relation.
- Create a business plan to identify and target end customers, including strategies to engage with them.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with selected end customers, uncover new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
- Coordinate closely with and between end customers, partners, and the Axis team.
- Deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Forecast opportunities, track performance against KPIs, and analyze won and lost deals.
- Represent Axis at trade shows and industry events.
- Collaborate with marketing to generate leads.
- Maintain up-to-date account information, meeting reports, and detailed opportunities in Salesforce.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 – 10 Years of Business Development/Sales Experience within the industry segment.
- Experience in the IT or security field in the sector is highly desirable.
- A high knowledge and interest in the business and sales environment.
- Results oriented and self-driven.
- Can communicate well with others and able to initiate new discussions and relationships with potential customers.
- Strategic and able to influence others through your activities.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize.
- High level of integrity.
- Account planning & mapping experience (business plans).
- Structured and able to explain complex matters in an easy way.
- Transparent with your activities through our CRM platform.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Native in Dutch and fluent in English languages, written and spoken.
