About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will be in charge of strategic accounts and channels to get the best performance from them, opening new channels to increase sales and market share of our solutions.
  • Search for, identify, and pursue new opportunities to promote Axis solutions within a designated territory in order to meet revenue objectives.
  • Proactively arrange site visits, conduct product demonstrations, presentations, lunch and learns, and speaking seminars for both new and existing customers.
  • Continually promote and educate integrators, distributors, consultants, and end users on the benefits on the use of Axis solutions.
  • Perform market research, conduct cold calls, and qualify new partners and end users.
  • Independently create business plans and hold yourself accountable for following through on their execution.
  • Actively participate in trade shows, seminars, partner trainings, webinars and other promotional sales activities.
  • Maintain fluid and dedicated relations with prospects and current customers.
  • Work cohesively in a team environment with both internal and external partners.
  • Regularly utilize Salesforce to manage contacts, leads, meetings, and register new opportunities.
  • Use Salesforce to track and document your sales cycle as well as provide sales forecasting.
  • Participate in periodic sales meetings to inform advances with the rest of the team, sharing and leveraging knowledge about the market.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years’ in sales driven position
  • Strong technical background
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Charismatic disposition
  • Responsible independent drive
  • Ability to effectively motivate in time sensitive environment
  • Competitive and efficient
