Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the senior operational owner for all North American insurance programs operating under delegated authority
Establish and enforce operational standards related to reporting, controls, performance metrics, and partner accountability
Act as the primary escalation point for operational, financial, or compliance issues involving MGAs, MGUs, and TPAs
Oversee program onboarding, renewals, restructures, and offboarding for MGAs, MGUs and TPAs from an operational perspective
Maintain executive oversight of claims operations across all delegated programs
Own governance and oversight of premium bordereaux

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of progressive leadership in insurance operations or delegated authority programs
Extensive experience with claims and premium bordereaux
Direct accountability for TPA funding and audits
Proven Financial Experience with Premium and Loss Fund Accounting/Reconciliation
