- direct supervision and management of claims
- close collaboration with Head of Specialty Complex Claims
- ensures high quality Claim Summary Reports

Requirements
- 3-5 years of claims management experience in Claims Leadership
- demonstrated leadership, organizational, and management skills
- a public profile and reputation for leadership and technical excellence
- demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels
- analytical and data proficiency to drive results
- understanding of and ability to balance immediate claim issues with broader portfolio impact
