About the role

  • Inspire our partners
  • Actively participate in trade shows, webinars and other promotional activities
  • Work closely with the sales team (other Key Account Managers, Account Managers, Inside Sales Account Managers, Sales Engineers, Key Account Managers End Customer and Architecture & Engineering Managers) and other roles within your territory to support, inspire and educate Axis partners (System Integrators & Resellers)
  • Provide the best solutions and ensure a good alignment with our partner eco-system
  • Thrive business
  • Develop clear business plans for the selected accounts
  • Set annual targets on each account and continuously follow up KPI's on these
  • Prepare sales reports with new and existing projects
  • Create value
  • Visiting your partners to maintain and develop the relationships
  • Collaborate with your partners to increase the Axis reach and presence within your territory
  • Visiting End-Users with the partners
  • Working on marketing activities together with the partners to attract new end-user opportunities
  • Work closely together with the system integrators and distribution; to develop the project pipeline and close projects
  • Travel within the territory, region and to Axis’ HQ in Sweden will be considered a natural part of the job.

Requirements

  • min 5 years of relevant experience
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within IT & security
  • High technical interest
  • Comfortable with solution selling preferable in the security industry
  • Experience of account management and developing accounts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills fluent in German & English languages, written and spoken
  • Experience from working with an indirect sales-model from a similar role within security is a plus
