Group Head of Finance
Axios InternationalGroup Head of Finance leading financial activities across multiple entities in Dublin, Ireland. Ensuring cash flow management, compliance, and reporting to the CEO and the Board.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and oversee the full finance function across multiple entities and geographies
- Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and outsourced finance partners
- Ensure strong cash flow management and working capital control
- Own monthly management accounts across multiple entities and countries, including consolidation
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Maintain robust financial controls, compliance, and audit readiness
- Provide financial insight and decision support to the CEO
- Provide timely monthly and quarterly reports to the CEO and the Board
Requirements
What you’ll need- Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA)
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) is essential
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in finance, including leadership roles in multi-entity or international environments
- Experience in SME or growing organizations with hands-on operational responsibility is strongly preferred
- Proven experience managing AR, AP, and operational finance processes
- Hands-on, pragmatic approach with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
