• Lead, hire, and mentor a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), ensuring they meet and exceed pipeline generation goals.
• Establish and refine prospecting strategies (outbound email, calls, LinkedIn, events, etc.) that align with company growth targets.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure alignment on ICP, messaging, campaigns, and lead follow-up.
• Define and track key performance metrics (e.g., activity levels, conversion rates, qualified opportunities created).

• Collaborate with RevOps to optimize workflows, territory management, and reporting.

• Collaborate with our sales and product development teams to identify and implement product improvements and new features based on customer feedback.
• Monitor and analyze customer user data to identify opportunities for improvement and proactively address potential issues.
