About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support during post-sales activities, including scientific, technical, and application assistance.
Deliver hands-on training by scheduling and managing instrument installations, and customer onboarding sessions.
Simplify complexity by presenting technical material in an engaging and accessible way, while professionally addressing questions or objections.
Advocate for customers by acting as the voice of the customer to internal teams and sharing valuable feedback about product performance.
Build relationships by resolving inquiries, investigating complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A Master’s or PhD in cell biology, molecular biology, neuroscience, or related field.
Ideally 1-2+ years of professional experience
The ability to work independently from a home-based office when not traveling.
The ability to travel 50-70% of the time within the US.
Ideally based in Chicago or the East Coast. Should be situated within 2-hour drive of a major airport.
Experience attending scientific conferences and trade shows is a plus.
Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable demeanor.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
A self-starter attitude, with creativity, resourcefulness, and the ability to work under pressure.
