• Design, build, and maintain Axion's cloud infrastructure on GCP, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security
• Own and evolve our Kubernetes-based container orchestration platform and Terraform infrastructure-as-code practices

• Collaborate with customers, engineering, and operations to support the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our products. Learn how to align these elements with the company's goals and user needs
• Own the end-to-end process of taking our enterprise customer’s data from ingestion to insight generation
• Build the short and long-term roadmap for your products by integrating customer feedback, data, trends and strategic initiatives, in an effort to continuously improve and expand Axion’s product offering.
• Measure the impact of features shipped, solicit customer feedback, and continuously iterate based on learnings
• Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to guide prioritization and make sure that product development is focused and impactful.

Senior Product Manager – Core Product

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Axion's agentic systems — the AI-driven workflows that autonomously detect issues, investigate root causes, and surface insights across our customers' product data
• Partner with Engineering and AI/ML teams to design and ship agentic pipelines that reason across heterogeneous data sources — from telematics and field data to customer complaints and service records
• Define how agents should orchestrate tasks, when to escalate to humans, and how to make agentic outputs explainable and trustworthy for enterprise manufacturing teams
• Collaborate with customers, Solutions, and Operations to understand the workflows our agents need to augment or replace, and translate those needs into clear product requirements
• Build the short and long-term roadmap for agentic tooling by integrating customer feedback, emerging AI research, internal data, and strategic initiatives to continuously expand Axion's platform capabilities
• Measure the impact of agentic features on key outcomes — investigation speed, issue detection rates, warranty cost reduction — and iterate based on what you learn
